The S450 is designed for one main feature, power. As compared to smaller ‘S’ models, the S450 is equipped with more powerful main parts. The combination of the S450’s torque output (18,000 NM) and rotational speed (138 rpm) allows the installation of conduit pipes to a maximum of 800m.
The S600 is a medium HDD rig is designed for longer and deeper installation of services in rural area. The S600 is able to support a maximum mud pump flow of 600 litres per minute which greatly enhances the back reaming process in tough ground condition. Furthermore as compared to the S450, the S600 is able to utilise larger downhole equipment for larger conduit pipes installation.
The S800 is a medium-heavy HDD rig designed to handle extremely large diameter installation. Utilising 6 meter drill pipes, the S800 is ideal for long river crossings. Extremely durable and powerful, the S800 can be mobilised to the most unforgiving job sites.
The S1200 is designed for offshore installation works. All aspects and features of the S1200 is designed and built to overcome the extreme challenges of long and deep offshore installation of services.
