Application: FOUNDATION POLYMER FP is a readily dispersible synthetic polymer additive designed to thicken water, stabalise soil formations and protect shafts from caving in. It also helps to increase viscosity and reduce side friction of shaft surface thereby enhancing the carrying capacity of the piles while simultaneously providing some fluid-loss control..
POLY-XCD is a high quality, dispersible, premium grade powdered biopolymer.
Application: POLY-XCD is specifically designed to provide excellent suspension and hole cleaning in highly vertical/deviated wells or in Horizontal Directional drilling (HDD). It is used as a suspension enhancer and also provides superior carrying capacity of drill cuttings, gravel, sand & cobble on long bores which in turn, helps to facilitate smoother back reams and installation of underground pipes in HDD.
VIS-CX TROL is a purified, premium grade, high viscosity, and high molecular weight powder polymer.
Application: VIS-CX TROL is a highly dispersible powder polymer which is used as an effective viscosifier in fresh and brackish water. It is used to reduce fluid loss, provide filtration control, increase borehole stability, improve core recovery, delay shale shelling and prevent the formation of fisheye. It can be used alongside other drilling mud products to enhance the bentonite-based system.
COPPER THREAD GREASE is a heavy duty, premium grade, multi functional, anti-seize lubricant.
Application: COPPER THREAD GREASE is mainly used to protect tool joints and threaded sections against corrosion, friction, galling and metal to metal contact. Due to its thickening agents, proprietary additives and high copper content, it can be used in harsh acid /alkaline environment at extremely high temperature (800ºC). It adheres to metal extremely well and provides resistance to oxidation, rust and water washout.
ROD GREASE is a specifically designed barium extra-sticky premium grade barium-based grease.
Application: ROD GREASE is widely used on diamond drill rods as well as similar mining and industrial applications to reduce the vibration and friction between the rod and casing/rock strata. It effectively lubricates regardless of extreme high/cold temperature and works perfectly even in harsh conditions. It also has a high level of resistance to oxidation, rust and water washout.
DRILL LUBE is a highly effective and 100% environmentally acceptable ester-base lubricant used in horizontal directional drilling, mineral exploration as well as other drilling industries.
Application: DRILL LUBE attracts to metal surfaces such as drill pipe and down-hole tooling to provide lubrication between these surfaces and the boreholes/wells to prevent corrosion. It is also used as a lubricant for highly deviated or horizontal boreholes/wells to eliminate torque, drag, differential sticking and bit balling in all drilling industries.
